Confirmation of sales conditions

◆ Arrangements will be made after confirmation of the payment for the products.

◆ We will bear the transfer fee for bank transactions

◆ Shipping cost
The purchase price of less than 15,000 yen (tax included)is 1000 yen, and its free for purchases over 15,000 yen.
　Hokkaido, Okinawa, remote islands, and overseas shipping will be charged separately.

◆ Customer convenience (wrong order, wrong color, etc.) after payment cannot be canceled or returned.

◆ Delivery may be delayed due to earthquakes, heavy rain, heavy snowfall, accident administrative instructions, etc.

◆ Precautions for transporting large equipment
Large equipment such as bathtubs, washbasins, and kitchens must be removed from the truck by the customer.
Delivery will be carried out by one driver. If delivered item will be not able to carry out from track,item will be take back to the stock.
Re-delivery of large equipment will incur an additional shipping fee.
